What you will do

• Lead and deliver automation projects from order to customer takeover.
• Manage an upgrades portfolio and act as project manager for stand-alone automation projects.
• Supervise electrical design for complex projects, including cabinets, prefabs, and site installations.
• Manage the team's daily operations and provide people management and coaching.
• Maintain customer relations, conduct technical discussions, and create quotations.
• Drive continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Technical university degree or other relevant education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project leadership and industrial automation.
• Very good command of English and Italian, both written and verbal, is a must.
• Strong understanding of Plant Automation Technology.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a results-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of virtualization and programming in HMI (Wonderware, Ignition, Siemens).
• Proficiency in PLC (Siemens, Rockwell) and MES.
• Experience working with databases.
