What you will do

• Lead and coordinate cross-departmental project activities to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables specifically related to Market Access activities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Monitor project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably Management or Biomedical Engineering).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, ideally within the medical devices industry.
• English: Excellent command (spoken and written) required.
• Familiarity with MDR (Medical Device Regulation) or similar regulatory frameworks.
• Location: Ability to work onsite in San Daniele, Italy.

Nice to have

• Professional Certification in Project Management.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project.
