Requirements

• 10+ years of experience shipping multiple titles as a game designer.
• Proven track record with engagement content or goal-based progression in live-service multiplayer environments.
• Deep understanding of player motivations and the psychological effects of goal setting on play.
• Strong knowledge of the Battle Royale genre and the Fortnite ecosystem.
• Ability to drive high-level decisions and own the product vision in a fast-paced environment.
