What you will do

• Take responsibility for creative and design aspects of game projects.
• Design, prototype, and integrate game systems using Unreal Engine and Blueprints.
• Maintain and expand the overall vision of current and unannounced projects.
• Balance gameplay mechanics to ensure a high-quality user experience.
• Communicate designs effectively to align the team and win over stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a game designer.
• At least one finished title on PC, console, or mobile.
• Thorough understanding of Unreal Engine and Blueprints for prototyping.
• Ability to take ownership of decisions and learn from mistakes.
• Pragmatic approach to delivering a polished gameplay experience.
