What you will do

• Manage Brazil launch communications and execute email campaigns targeting Brazilian users.
• Localize and write Portuguese content for landing pages and marketing materials.
• Act as the internal voice of Brazil to guide product decisions and surface market feedback.
• Identify product adjustments based on user behavior, social media, and NPS.
• Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to analyze performance metrics and effectiveness.
• Support the influencer strategy to scale the market presence.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in similar growth or management roles.
• Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English.
• Proven experience in copywriting, content creation, and communications.
• Deep understanding of the Brazilian banking landscape and financial product perception.
• Strong pulse on the digital and fintech environment in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Advanced or fluent Spanish.
• Prior experience in fintech, financial services, or startup growth campaigns.
• Familiarity with Brazilian payment rails and remittance ecosystems.
• Experience working closely with product or customer success teams.
