What you will do

• Promote and expand AI adoption across operational processes and workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities for efficiency and challenge resolution.
• Analyze bottlenecks and design scalable AI solutions, monitoring impact on productivity.
• Manage and prioritize AI initiatives backlog using frameworks like ICE or RICE.
• Coordinate timelines, scope, and resources with cross-functional leadership.
• Collaborate with AI technical teams for feasibility validation and solution delivery.
• Contribute to AI governance, scalability, and automation strategies.

Requirements

• Experience managing AI solutions, products, or technology-driven process transformations and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, security, and governance.
• Excellent communication to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Strong negotiation and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with experimentation cycles and prioritization methodologies (ICE, RICE).
• Ability to structure and document business requirements for technical teams.
• Self-driven with capacity to manage multiple initiatives autonomously.
