What you will do

• Lead the technical design and architecture of GenAI solutions, including model selection (LLMs, diffusion models) and data pipeline design.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for national and international clients, guiding them from strategic planning to full-scale implementation.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery of high-quality, performant AI systems.
• Drive thought leadership in LLMs, agentic AI, and emerging techniques to enhance internal IP and market positioning.
• Support business development and presales through technical scoping and proposal development.
• Collaborate with clients to develop actionable AI strategies and technical roadmaps.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical consulting or solution architecture, with 5-7 years focused on AI/ML and GenAI.
• Deep expertise in LLMs (Transformers, fine-tuning, RAG), diffusion models, and agentic AI systems.
• Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Strong Python programming skills for developing production-grade AI applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI, Azure ML) and MLOps practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (Ph.D. preferred).
