What you will do

• Architect, build, and optimize AI agents running across device and cloud environments.
• Leverage and extend MCP services for orchestration, tool integration, and agent coordination.
• Implement routing logic and reasoning strategies for multi-agent and multi-model systems.
• Engineer model runtimes, frameworks, and backends to maximize performance.
• Ensure model safety, sandboxing, data governance, and secure execution.
• Apply optimization techniques like quantization, pruning, distillation, and caching.
• Contribute to best practices, design patterns, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience in AI/ML algorithm development
• 2+ years hands-on in NLP, LLM-based systems, or AI agent development
• Deep expertise in GenAI algorithms, solution architecture, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience building custom AI tools, agents, or apps for real-world use cases.
• Strong Python or C++ skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with results-driven, customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with client AI tools, cross-platform agents, or plugin ecosystems.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases (FAISS, Chroma), and embedding techniques.
• Optimizing GenAI workloads for edge devices using xPU accelerators.
• Local LLMs (Mistral, Llama) or fine-tuning open-source models.
• Customer/partner support for GenAI workflow design and deployment.
• Frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, HuggingFace, and other APIs.
• UX/UI or prompt engineering for human-AI interaction.
