What you will do

• Design and deploy LLM applications, including AI Agents, RAG systems, and prompt chaining.
• Build GenAI pipelines using tools like DSPy, MLFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Databricks Mosaic AI.
• Optimize and fine-tune models including OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, and Claude.
• Develop comprehensive evaluation frameworks and metrics to refine GenAI outputs.
• Implement enterprise-grade security, compliance, and governance for all AI projects.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design architecture and delivery plans tailored to client needs.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Machine Learning or NLP.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with LLMs or Generative AI systems, preferably on Databricks.
• Proficiency with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and Databricks components (Unity Catalog, MLFlow, Delta Tables).
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Work sponsorship is not available for this role.
