Senior AI Engineer (GenAI): Designing and delivering production-grade Artificial Intelligence solutions for a SaaS data platform with an accent on LLM-based applications and RAG systems. Location: Hybrid (Raleigh, North Carolina, USA). Must be based in or able to work from the Raleigh office at least two days per week.

Salary: $152,000 – $190,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and deliver production-ready AI solutions to improve customer experience and data-driven decision making.
• Transform AI/ML prototypes into pragmatic, performant production services that solve impactful business problems.
• Operationalize and support AI/ML models and visualizations to power actionable insights.
• Evaluate algorithmic results for quality, adaptability, and efficiency.
• Contribute to the evolution of AI/ML platforms supporting hirify.global’s data products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers on AI best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering production-grade AI/ML projects (LLM, RAG, NLP, neural networks).
• Proficiency in Python and associated AI modules such as LangChain, LangGraph, Pandas, Numpy, and Tensorflow.
• Strong experience with SQL and various database types (relational, time series, graph, vector).
• Experience with model evaluation, testing frameworks, and validation methodologies.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
