What you will do

• Ensure that SUAS platforms meet national and international regulations, including defence and aerospace standards like CE, FCC, FAA, and EASA.
• Manage and track certification timelines, aligning them with project schedules and stakeholder requirements.
• Oversee international certification projects by coordinating with external partners, regulatory authorities, and testing laboratories.
• Provide expert guidance and reviews to development teams to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Represent company interests in regulatory discussions and the development of industry standards.
• Execute testing, verification, and validation activities to confirm compliance with safety and performance standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, specifically in product certification and technical team management.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in the aerospace or UAS sector.
• Experience with requirements management tools and ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse teams.
• Familiarity with UAS technologies, particularly within a defence environment.
