What you will do

• Develop risk-based test plans and automated coverage for AHS architecture, dependencies, and safety constraints.
• Design and enhance robust automation frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines using infrastructure as code.
• Own the end-to-end quality strategy, covering functional, performance, security, and failover testing.
• Lead manual edge-case and exploratory testing, focusing on automating all repetitive processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and champion coding standards for test development across the enterprise.
• Support field teams during installation, configuration, and on-site validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in software/systems testing, with 2+ years focused on scaling test automation.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# with strong experience in REST/gRPC API and UI automation.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code for test environments.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tucson, Arizona, USA.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including potential international travel.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of full SDLC experience, including code reviews and source control management.
• Experience with event-driven microservices and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of network protocols, network programming, and distributed application debugging.
