What you will do

• Design, develop, and execute end-to-end testing frameworks aligned with architecture standards and delivery timelines.
• Lead QA automation framework optimization and drive adoption of advanced automation tools and practices.
• Integrate QA processes with development and product management workflows, partnering with architects to support product goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and build a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the QA team.
• Identify and lead initiatives to improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Maintain expertise in current and emerging QA technologies and share insights to keep QA strategy cutting-edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience in IT with strong knowledge of testing strategies, methodologies, and automation in complex software environments.
• Expertise in QA automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete) and programming for automation (Python, Java, C#).
• Strong project management skills, including managing projects from conception to delivery.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies to enhance QA processes and productivity.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across functions and external partners.

Nice to have

• QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB Advanced Level, CSTE or equivalent).
• Experience with performance and load testing (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter).
• Security testing experience, including common vulnerabilities and tools such as OWASP ZAP or Fortify.
• Experience integrating QA across the full SDLC.
