Marketing Intern

TL;DR

Marketing Intern (Social Media): Support marketing team with planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms with an accent on strategy, execution, and brand storytelling. Focus on developing campaigns, monitoring engagement, tracking metrics, and conducting market research.

Location: Onsite in West Palm Beach, FL. Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence (ITAR/EAR restrictions, no sponsorship).

What you will do

• Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram.
• Develop social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Draft captions, posts, and basic visual content aligned with brand voice.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers.
• Track and report performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and growth.
• Conduct market and competitor research for trends and opportunities.
• Assist with email marketing, blog content, website updates, events, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and brand development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Organized, proactive, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, lift up to 25 lbs, climb ladders, and work in facility environments with noise, dust, and temperature fluctuations. Occasional off-hours or weekend work.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
