What you will do

• Design visually appealing static ads for social media, display, and digital channels while ensuring brand consistency.
• Create engaging, responsive email campaigns from layout to execution to drive opens, clicks, and conversions.

• Adhere to brand guidelines and optimize designs for performance and marketing goals.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality assets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of static ads and email campaigns for paid social/email.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and email platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.
• Experience designing for social media, web, and email, including responsive mobile/desktop templates.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple projects.
