What you will do
- Create engaging paid and organic social media assets to drive organic sign-ups and showcase the brand to target merchants.
- Evolve the brand and design operations for scalability and automation.
- Design acquisition campaigns including digital ads, landing pages, events, and direct mail across global markets.
- Develop lifecycle marketing, product launch campaigns, and event materials.
- Collaborate with content and marketing stakeholders in the Global Growth team.
Requirements
- Native in Figma with expertise in building scalable systems and automation; proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop for production assets.
- Familiar and enthusiastic about AI in design for asset generation, process acceleration, or tool-building.
- Strong art direction with visual taste across email campaigns, global marketing, product launches, and events.
- 2+ years experience in in-house team (VC-backed tech preferred) or branding agency; portfolio with high-level case studies across channels.
- Business acumen, project/stakeholder management, adaptive problem-solving, and team collaboration.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with motion design tools like After Effects, Jitter, Cavalry, Rive for micro-animations and interactive elements.
- Curiosity about emerging design tools and constant skill evolution.
