What you will do

• Define and maintain product vision, success metrics, and business objectives aligned with strategic goals.
• Translate strategy into a forward-looking roadmap and a prioritized backlog of epics and releases.
• Gather insights from stakeholders and refine product goals based on KPIs and customer feedback.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and facilitate alignment across business, technology, and executive teams.
• Oversee release planning and go-to-market readiness, monitoring post-launch adoption.
• Manage dependencies, identify risks, and integrate Agile and Lean principles into the development process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.
• Proven ability to document product features, including AS-IS and Target states.
• Experience collaborating closely with development teams and software architects.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Strong soft skills and a proactive mindset.
• Capability to manage complex dependencies and drive conflict resolution.
