What you will do

• Lead and motivate cross-functional engineering teams to achieve project goals.
• Create project schedules and requirements matrices.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for plan execution.
• Monitor progress, drive corrective actions, and manage scope changes.
• Present program status and synthesize data for stakeholders.
• Identify risks, critical paths, and recommend mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Technical Project Management and Product Development experience.
• Experience managing teams across multiple locations and leading without direct authority.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project scheduling tools.
• PMI association and PMP certification preferred.
