Location: Hybrid in London, Birmingham, or Bristol (at least two days per week or 40% of time in office)

What you will do

• Lead CIB supplier management and third-party risk strategy aligned to Group frameworks and regulations.
• Chair senior governance forums with oversight of performance, cost, resilience, and risk.
• Maintain accountability for highest-criticality suppliers, including governance, assurance, and exit planning.
• Deliver third-party risk processes across supplier lifecycle with data, automation, and tooling.
• Implement performance frameworks like balanced scorecards and drive value through contract optimisation.
• Lead and develop the supplier management team, including offshore operating model.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading supplier management/governance for strategic suppliers in regulated environment
• 5+ years in third-party risk management and outsourcing compliance across supplier lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of operational resilience for suppliers, including scenario testing and exit/recovery planning
• Proven people leadership, including delivery through offshore/distributed teams
• Strong commercial judgement with experience improving supplier performance and value
