What you will do

• Lead and improve operational performance across hub, spoke, and van operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Champion a strong health and safety culture, ensuring correct reporting and preventative practices.
• Deliver excellent customer service for fleet inspections and fitments in line with agreed SLAs.
• Oversee commercial performance, including sales, profitability, margins, and effective stock management.
• Support billing, credit control, and aged debt reduction in partnership with finance teams.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of 10+ people through training and engagement.

Requirements

• Experience in the tyre industry or a similar fast-paced field service or automotive environment.
• Proven ability to lead and support teams of 10+ people.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and margins.
• Practical problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused approach.
• Strong customer relationship skills and a focus on service quality.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, travel, and occasional weekend work.
