What you will do

  • Define and lead the commercial operating model for Europe, governing annual planning, forecasting, and performance measurement.
  • Architect the end-to-end GTM model, integrating channel strategy, distribution, and resource allocation to maximize market impact.
  • Set and govern pricing strategies and commercial policies to ensure competitiveness across European markets.
  • Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives to evolve GTM models through structural changes and new business models.
  • Optimize the commercial tech stack strategy, specifically focusing on Salesforce, Tableau, and Anaplan.
  • Partner with senior sales leadership to shape priorities and orchestrate alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Enablement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Growth, or Revenue Operations roles.
  • Early career experience in top-tier strategy consulting.
  • Proven track record of acting as a decision-shaping partner to senior executives in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Deep understanding of B2B and B2C sales motions within publicly traded, quarterly-driven environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Anaplan.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Utrecht, Netherlands or Cork, Ireland.
