What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for execution, management of program deliverables, and customer statements of work.
- Manage contractual data requirements, scope definition, and programmatic baselining/budget management.
- Lead financial performance of program accounts and oversee performance for subsystem leads.
- Implement business rhythms, including staff meetings, operating reviews, and corporate reporting cycles.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless operations and process reconciliation.
- Certify proposal content regarding scope, pricing versus cost, and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required to start.
- U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or lawful refugee/asylum status.
- 8+ years of experience in program management and/or program planning in the aerospace industry.
- Experience working on Aerospace Development Programs and/or Space Systems.
- Strong understanding of DFARS-based contracts.
- Demonstrated expertise in MS Project for labor-loaded Integrated Schedules.
