Salary: $300,000 – $360,000 per annum

What you will do
- Develop and implement healthcare compliance policies and procedures in line with federal, state, and industry regulations.
- Create and monitor a robust training program to ensure company-wide awareness of compliance requirements.
- Manage training and monitoring for field sales and other field-based roles.
- Provide strategic guidance to management and employees on compliance risks and issues.
- Investigate reports of non-compliance and monitor the regulatory environment for necessary program updates.
- Promote a culture of integrity and build strong relationships with key business leaders.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required (Juris Doctor preferred).
- 6-10 years of experience with a commercial-stage biotech or pharmaceutical company.
- Deep expertise in US healthcare compliance, including sales force promotional compliance.
- Knowledge of PhRMA code, Anti-Kick Back Statute, False Claims Act, HHS OIG Guidelines, US FCPA, and UK Bribery Act.
- Must be based in the US (NYC hybrid or East Coast remote).
- Valid employment rights in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
