What you will do

• Turn business goals into clear TVAD plans across awareness, consideration, and performance (CTV/OTT, online video, digital audio/podcasts, programmatic display).
• Lead day-to-day client strategy, execution, and QBRs connecting media to business outcomes like revenue, CAC, LTV.
• Pair TVAD expertise with multi-channel understanding (Search, Social, Commerce) to amplify growth and codify playbooks.
• Use platform capabilities and Bliss Point insights for optimization, budgeting, and innovations.
• Design tests (geo/lift, A/B), forecast impacts, and advocate for measurement frameworks.
• Move fast, eliminate waste, and help Pod adopt better ways of working.

Requirements

• 5–7 years managing TV/video/audio/display at scale with end-to-end ownership or analytical roles with media analytics exposure
• Familiar with DSPs/ad platforms, verification/IVT/viewability, audience/data usage, frequency management.
• Experience with incrementality/lift tests, A/Bs, forecasting, connecting media to revenue/CAC/LTV.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets; SQL familiarity preferred; GA4 and platform analytics.
• Strong client-ready communication and storytelling.
