What you will do

• Contribute to the architectural roadmap for the Simulation Scenario Definition platform and Python SDK.
• Lead design and implementation of graphical editing tools for defining complex traffic, environment, and sensor scenarios.
• Drive evolution of Python infrastructure, including scenario serialization, validation, and cloud compute integration.
• Mentor team on API design, code quality, testing practices, and engineering excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional software development experience focused on large-scale platforms, tooling, or SDKs.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects from concept to production.
• Expert Python proficiency, including best practices, performance optimization, and robust APIs/SDKs.
• Solid foundation in 3D graphics, computational geometry, and/or real-time simulation concepts.
• Track record of mentoring mid-level and senior engineers and driving code quality standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with C++ for performance-critical components.
• Developing or extending Domain-Specific Languages (DSL) or scripting languages.
• Background in game engines (Unity, Unreal) or simulation software.
• Data visualization for large datasets.
• Familiarity with Autonomous Vehicle technology architecture.
