What you will do

• Perform financial analysis and real estate underwriting on potential multi-family investment opportunities.
• Review offering memoranda, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Conduct market research and analysis for investment presentations, including sale comps, lease comps, and trends.
• Prepare high-caliber slide decks and maintain the acquisitions pipeline.
• Provide administrative support to Acquisitions and Finance teams.

Requirements

• Remote from the Philippines and work US Pacific Standard Time business hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or accounting (plus); MBA preferred.
• 2-5 years in real estate asset management, finance, or acquisitions.
• Proficiency in real estate underwriting, quantitative analysis (ROI, cash flow, NOI), and advanced Excel modeling.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Team player with integrity, problem-solving passion, and commercial real estate interest.
