What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year AI product roadmap for the CX platform, ensuring AI is a foundational capability.
• Translate market signals, competitive dynamics, and customer needs into a differentiated AI product strategy.
• Drive AI product delivery from concept to customer value using prototypes, experiments, and validated artifacts.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and design leadership to align roadmaps and resource allocation.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for strategic customers and represent hirify.global's AI vision in industry forums.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enable effective go-to-market motions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise-grade AI, cloud, or data-driven solutions.
• 3+ years in a product leadership role, managing and developing PM teams.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model behavior, evaluation, and deployment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Willingness to travel globally.
• Must be based in or able to work from Raanana, Israel under a hybrid model.

• Background in Contact Center, CCaaS, WEM, or enterprise CX platforms.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) at scale.
