What you will do

• Perform financial analysis and real estate underwriting on potential investment opportunities.
• Review offering memoranda, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Conduct market research and analysis for investment presentations.
• Prepare high-caliber slide decks and investment materials.
• Assist in property-level and market-level due diligence, including lease reviews, rent rolls, and comps analysis.
• Organize and maintain the acquisitions pipeline and provide administrative support to teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or accounting (MBA preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance, or acquisitions.
• Proficiency in underwriting multifamily, apartment, or affordable housing opportunities.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills for quantitative analysis (ROI, cash flow, NOI).
• Strong organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Self-starter able to work with minimal oversight in a team environment on tight deadlines.
