What you will do
- Lead the strategic development and delivery of client bids and proposals across a portfolio of key accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a defined portfolio of client accounts.
- Craft tailored, consultative proposal responses and evaluate incoming bids for strategic fit and profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to design creative solutions for complex feasibility requirements.
- Monitor KPI metrics to improve response times, win rates, and overall client satisfaction.
- Mentor new team members and maintain documentation on proposal best practices and templates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in proposal management, client services, or account management.
- Prior experience in a market research, professional services, or B2B environment strongly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a client-first approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM or bid management tools is a plus.
