Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annually + variable compensation

What you will do

  • Lead the strategic development and delivery of client bids and proposals across a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a defined portfolio of client accounts.
  • Craft tailored, consultative proposal responses and evaluate incoming bids for strategic fit and profitability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to design creative solutions for complex feasibility requirements.
  • Monitor KPI metrics to improve response times, win rates, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Mentor new team members and maintain documentation on proposal best practices and templates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in proposal management, client services, or account management.
  • Prior experience in a market research, professional services, or B2B environment strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a client-first approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM or bid management tools is a plus.
