What you will do
- Administer and operate middleware platforms for application integration, messaging, and business process automation.
- Manage application and web servers to ensure stable, secure, and high-availability operations.
- Maintain messaging and streaming platforms to ensure reliable data flow across systems.
- Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis of middleware components under defined SLAs.
- Execute deployments, patches, and upgrades following ITIL practices and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience administering enterprise middleware platforms in production.
- Hands-on experience with WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, IIS, Apache, or Nginx.
- Experience with IBM MQ, TIBCO EMS, and Confluent Kafka.
- Experience supporting BPM platforms like TIBCO BPM, Pega, or Red Hat PAM.
- Proficiency in performance tuning for high-availability environments.
- Intermediate English proficiency required for global collaboration.
Nice to have
- Confluent Certified Administrator for Apache Kafka (CCAK).
- IBM Certified Solution Implementer – WebSphere MQ.
- Experience in regulated or mission-critical enterprise environments.
