What you will do

• Manage and solve complex technical problems across various platforms and services for global clients.
• Ensure day-to-day security compliance and provide technical solutions for system data management.
• Oversee assignment queues and prioritize tickets in collaboration with technicians.
• Identify new business opportunities and recommend modernization options to clients.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to maintain and evolve critical infrastructure.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management.
• Hands-on experience with VMware ESX.
• Proficiency in public/private cloud management, specifically migrating from on-prem to cloud solutions.
• Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation and IaaS (infrastructure as code).
• Knowledge of vulnerability management.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and federation services.
