What you will do

• Prepare journal entries for revenue streams and operating costs to support the monthly close process.
• Perform complex reconciliations across gaming platforms, payment providers, banks, and internal ledgers.
• Validate payment provider settlements and investigate fee variances.
• Analyze financial statements and reports under IFRS and US GAAP, including variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across LATAM and support statutory reporting.
• Maintain and optimize ERP (NetSuite) processes to improve data accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Advanced Excel expertise for handling large datasets and complex formulas.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite ERP.
