What you will do
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Supervise all accounting operations including receivable, payable, and general accounting.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports, ensuring validation by auditors.
- Drive continuous process improvements to automate and streamline financial procedures.
- Act as a technical leader for the team and participate in ERP migration projects.
- Implement effective internal controls to mitigate financial risks and calculate corporate taxes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or audit, preferably within a multinational company.
- Academic degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management tools.
- English and Spanish fluent.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
