What you will do

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Supervise all accounting operations including receivable, payable, and general accounting.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports, ensuring validation by auditors.
• Drive continuous process improvements to automate and streamline financial procedures.
• Act as a technical leader for the team and participate in ERP migration projects.
• Implement effective internal controls to mitigate financial risks and calculate corporate taxes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or audit, preferably within a multinational company.
• Academic degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management tools.
• English and Spanish fluent.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
