What you will do

• Contact suppliers via telephone, web portal, and email to facilitate payment processing.
• Deliver payments accurately and timely within service level agreements in a high-volume environment.
• Monitor and authorize payment settlements and conduct daily follow-ups on outstanding queues.
• Manage and resolve payment escalations by effectively handling conflicts with suppliers.
• Maintain precise documentation throughout the payment lifecycle in internal systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to drive revenue growth and operational success.
