What you will do

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations at customer sites.
• Analyze technical issues and escalate them using standard operating processes to ensure minimal downtime.
• Support production plant efficiency and monitor service contracts to contribute to business growth.
• Train customer operators on equipment usage and maintenance where required.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, food quality, and OHS reporting standards.
• Document all work performed through detailed site visit reports.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation roles.
• Educational background in industrial systems, automation, or process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or automation systems.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Good computer literacy and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently, often at short notice.
