What you will do

• Define action plans for maintenance activities including multi-day upgrades and troubleshooting
• Take a leading role in the team and interact with customers at diverse levels as part of the account team
• Grow and develop others in the team
• Solve almost all problems independently
• Perform routine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance based on predefined procedures and knowledge
• Follow standard escalation protocols including 2nd and 3rd line support

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma with thorough years of experience servicing hirify.global Twinscan systems
• Able to repair and service hirify.global Twinscan systems independently
