Senior Accountant - SAP & IFRS (Manufacturing / Projects)

What you will do

• Maintain core accounting functions and perform monthly reconciliations between SAP FI and CO modules
• Reconcile key General Ledger accounts and provide backup for Vendor and Customer Master Data setup
• Ensure compliance with hirify.global Group policies and IFRS standards, including IFRS 16 lease accounting
• Prepare quarterly intercompany confirmations and assist with year-end close and financial audits
• Manage daily accounting correspondence, support ad hoc requests, and optimize SAP-driven processes
• Partner with business unit controllers, auditors, and global finance teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Minimum 5 years hands-on SAP ERP experience (FI/CO required)
• Strong understanding of accounting processes in manufacturing or project environments
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong English communication skills (written/verbal)
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
