What you will do

• Lead and grow an organization of engineering managers and engineers focused on Ads Measurement infrastructure.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap for conversion ingestion, attribution, signal quality, and lift measurement.
• Drive engineering execution across scalability, reliability, latency, and data quality requirements.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, ML Engineering, and Business Development to align technical investments.
• Establish strong engineering practices around system design, operational excellence, and long-term maintainability.
• Hire and mentor engineering leaders and senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical rigor and accountability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership roles in the ads or measurement domain.
• Experience leading engineering managers and senior engineers in building large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong technical understanding of conversion APIs, pixel infrastructure, and attribution systems.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
