Salary: $220,000 – $350,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and ship AI-first iOS experiences from interaction design through implementation, launch, and iteration.
• Raise the bar on reliability and performance, improving crash prevention, networking efficiency, and battery discipline.
• Evolve architecture and tooling through modularization, observability, and resilience strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and Research to turn ambiguous problems into shipped outcomes.
• Work across the stack using TypeScript, React, and Node when needed to deliver cohesive AI workflows.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience delivering high-impact iOS features for large audiences.
• Fluency in Swift and core iOS frameworks.
• Strong AI product instincts for designing streaming UX, tool-use patterns, and guardrails.
• Ability to build clear problem models and iterate independently toward clean solutions.
• Must be based in New York to comply with the hybrid office schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience building and shipping AI-powered mobile experiences (voice, multimodal input).
• 0→1 product experience or rapid iteration on new product surfaces.
• Expertise in real-time collaboration, offline-first sync, or rich-text editing.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.
