Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead Revit production and prepare construction documents for plumbing and fire protection systems.
• Create complex floor plans, riser diagrams, schedules, and equipment layouts for new and renovation projects.
• Coordinate Revit models with mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural disciplines.
• Manage clash detection and resolution coordination issues during design development.
• Prepare design calculations and select equipment for building plumbing systems.
• Support construction administration through submittal reviews, RFIs, and field revisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of plumbing/fire protection design experience.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Bethesda, MD.
• Working knowledge of ASHRAE, ASME, NFPA, and NEC standards.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu.
• Experience with laboratory or medical facility design.

Nice to have
