What you will do

• Manage project workloads for yourself and junior staff, taking ownership of complex initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts within the broader digital ecosystem.
• Educate peers and clients on social media best practices, emerging trends, and technologies.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert to help clients achieve marketing objectives in the pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4-7 years of related agency or business experience.
• High familiarity with social media platforms, third-party management tools, and social listening platforms.
• Ability to manage influencers and derive actionable steps from social performance data.
• Strong communication skills to present tactics within a highly regulated environment.
• Must be based in the United States
