What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of social media initiatives as a trusted advisor to account staff and external clients.
- Manage project workloads for yourself and junior staff, taking ownership of complex initiatives.
- Conduct social listening and influencer research to derive and present actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts within the broader digital ecosystem.
- Educate peers and clients on social media best practices, emerging trends, and technologies.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert to help clients achieve marketing objectives in the pharmaceutical industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 4-7 years of related agency or business experience.
- High familiarity with social media platforms, third-party management tools, and social listening platforms.
- Ability to manage influencers and derive actionable steps from social performance data.
- Strong communication skills to present tactics within a highly regulated environment.
- Must be based in the United States
