What you will do

• Drive growth by testing and validating new acquisition channels, retention strategies, and operational experiments.
• Develop AI-powered tools and workflows to multiply team capacity and output.
• Partner with leadership to identify operational gaps and implement scalable, hands-on solutions.
• Translate strategic priorities into concrete action plans and lead cross-functional projects from concept to launch.
• Conduct rapid tests across multiple business functions and drive the execution of new ideas based on analysis.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional work experience, preferably in consulting or finance.
• Experience at a high-growth startup is required.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping functional AI tools and systems.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to design clean experiments and interpret data.
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment with ambiguity and competing deadlines.
• Must be commutable to the New York City headquarters.
