What you will do

• Drive analytics-wide innovation by identifying and implementing practical opportunities created by AI and modern tooling.
• Define and execute the strategy for semantic layers, self-service analytics, and metric governance.
• Raise technical standards across the analytics community to improve quality, consistency, and scalability.
• Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering leaders to shape the future direction of analytics.
• Coach and influence analysts and leadership to build technical capability across the function.
• Lead experimentation with emerging technologies and turn promising ideas into scalable capabilities.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in analytics, BI, analytics engineering, or data strategy.
• Strong technical proficiency in coding, data modelling, and analytics architecture.
• Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and driving change without formal authority.
• Solid understanding of semantic layers, metric governance, and modern BI concepts.
• Deep personal interest in AI and a clear perspective on its transformation of the analytics field.
• Ability to create clarity and alignment within ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
