TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (must be based in the US); requires in-person attendance at least three days per week at a GT office or client site.

Salary: $170,200 – $212,750

What you will do

  • Lead and deliver complex client engagements for PE-backed companies, hedge funds, and investment banking clients.
  • Identify value creation opportunities, shape implementation plans, and support long-term execution.
  • Manage day-to-day engagement execution and lead teams of consultants.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations of findings and strategic conclusions to client leadership.
  • Assist in scoping projects, framing issues, and structuring strategic approaches for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and an industry-recognized professional certification.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or private equity/venture capital.
  • Proven expertise in growth strategy, performance improvement, and/or merger integration.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, including market sizing, forecasting, and regression.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in advanced MS Excel and application of strategic frameworks.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
