Salary: $74,000 - $93,000 (base salary for CO, CA, NY) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do

• Translate client requirements into flexible, scalable data solutions
• Lead ETL projects to convert historical portfolio data from legacy systems into hirify.global
• Prioritize and context-switch across multiple projects to completion
• Drive process and tooling improvements for efficiency, scale, and automation
• Set, lead, and communicate expectations internally and externally
• Collaborate with Services, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience in technology, finance, or consulting
• Proficient in Python
• Experience with financial products and securities modeling
• Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving passion
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environment
