What you will do

• Monitor MSP system operations continuously to ensure efficient performance.
• Resolve technical issues via support phone calls and advance them as needed.
• Provide operational and maintenance support for MSP systems and installations.
• Coordinate resources for MSP installations across North America.
• Verify jackpot readings and EGM information for game activation and deactivation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve blocking issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent in gaming machine/system servicing or related fields.
• 1+ years of direct technical support experience in a customer contact center.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic network troubleshooting abilities.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Ability to meet all background requirements for gaming licenses.
