Salary: $20 - $23 per hour

What you will do

• Troubleshoot network communications, including router issues, WAN link outages, and switch problems.
• Resolve software/hardware, user processes, and mechanical operation issues.
• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and remote automation interfaces.
• Create knowledge base articles to improve customer self-support.
• Learn and implement new technologies as the organization evolves.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service and troubleshooting DVR and CCTV equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-based collaborative environment.
• Must work onsite at the Liberty Lake, WA headquarters.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of basic inter-networking operations and protocols.
• Experience in the Security Industry (Cameras, DVRs, Sensors, Relays).
• Understanding of electrical wiring and proper grounding.
• Knowledge of Linux OS.
