Accounting Analyst (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Own and execute monthly financial close for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
• Draft and maintain accounting policies, technical memos, and procedures under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities in the closing cycle.
• Partner with Tax, FP&A, and other Finance teams to ensure proper accounting treatment of complex transactions.
• Support external audits and BPO providers, acting as a primary point of contact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Solid experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Proven experience with monthly close processes and consolidation concepts (intercompany eliminations, FX/CTA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with audits, preferably with Big 4.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-entity or international corporate structures.
• Exposure to process automation or data tools.
• MBA or specialization in Accounting/Finance.
• Fluent in English.
