Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC and understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency with task trackers and documentation tools.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for leading meetings and aligning teams.
• Analytical mindset and systems thinking to identify patterns and find workable solutions.
