What you will do

• Lead and develop Studio Producer and Production Assistant teams, defining career paths and coaching for control room leadership during live productions.
• Drive production strategy and standards in partnership with Global Senior Producer, reviewing data to elevate class deliverables.
• Collaborate with Global Production Scheduling to optimize staffing across pre-production, live recording, and post-production.
• Represent production team in leadership meetings, aligning with Talent Strategy, Programming, Ops, and Member Experience.
• Supervise pre-production meetings and manage reporting tools like Asana to ensure feedback and standards are met.

Requirements

• 7+ years in high-pressure live broadcast and remote production, with control room and post-production expertise
• Proven track record managing high-performing teams and cross-departmental partnerships
• Extensive experience with on-air talent and crews in creative, fast-paced settings
• Exceptional organizational skills for complex projects from concept to delivery
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, and weekends to meet studio needs
• Drive for fitness and content innovation
